Shipping Delay Through January 3rd
Our warehouse will be closed Dec. 22nd - January 3rd so that we can spend time with our families and perform end of year inventory activities after a wonderfully busy season.
Please note that your order will not ship until January 4th, 2013, when we resume our normal Monday - Friday shipping schedule. Thanks for your understanding.
Privacy and Security Policy
We hold your personal privacy with the utmost respect and actively protect your information. We do not share your contact information or any other details with third parties. We will not fill your inbox with spam, and we try to keep our opt-in newsletter list as up-to-date as possible. We use industrial strength 256-bit encryption to protect transmission of your information over the internet. We do not store your credit card information in our database.
Most orders will ship out the next business day after they are placed. Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed beyond those provided by our carriers, but we do our best to ensure that orders are shipped quickly and efficiently.
Certain orders may have a slight delay. Orders for the seasonal box (through subscription or the Gift of Good) may sometimes be held when we are building those boxes. Order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or APO and FPO addresses may also be delayed somewhat.

Trade as One ships your order via UPS who give us very competitive rates, a swift, trackable service, and base their charging by weight. Our policy is simple: You pay what we pay. We don’t ever make a dime on shipping.
As with all online shopping, it is true that smaller orders incur relatively larger shipping fees and slightly larger orders, therefore, are more economical in terms of their shipping cost.
If you’d like, you could experiment with adding/removing items from your basket and seeing what shipping rate is quoted. Adding additional items to your order either does not increase the shipping charge at all (if they were other light weight items) or to increases it only slightly (if the items were bigger or bulkier).
Please note: We only ship to addresses within in the US. We do NOT currently ship to PO Boxes, but we DO ship to APO and FPO addresses.
We want your package to reach you in a timely manner, so please use a shipping address where UPS will be able to locate you easily. Sometimes a work address is preferable. It can be frustrating for everyone if packages are returned to us because UPS was unable to deliver.
Tracking your order
After placing an order with Trade as One, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Then when your order is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a second email confirming your order has been dispatched, advising you of shipping date and the date you can expect your order to arrive. This email will also include tracking information, which you can access through your account on our site if you have signed up or on the shipper’s website if you have not.
